Marco Zanta
visiting lecturer, HISTORIES AND THEORIES — Photographic Histories
He started working with photography in the mid 1980s, analyzing the representation of urban spaces. Along with his artistic research, he followed a path in education and taching, and between 2006 and 2011 he was photography professor at claVES, Faculty of Visual Arts and at claDIS, faculty of Design and Arts at IUAV University, Venice. He published his photographic researches, among wich Rumore Rosso (Charta, 2000) And UrbanEurope (Contrasto, 2008). His works has been exhibited in galleries and international institutions such as M.E.P., Paris, Fondazione Forma, Milan, C.C.A. di Montreal, Espace Contretype, Bruxelles, Triennale di Milano, Maison de l’Architecture in Marseille and Venice Biennale.
